18km Hampstead Heath Trail Run

Join us on an 18km long run around London's finest heath. With views to envy and hidden trails there are always new areas to discover. 

Terrain:

A variety of different terrainsfrom woodland trails, pavements, grassy feilds and muddy patches. I would recommend wearing trail shoes for this run. 

Bag drop:

This is not available, so only bring what you need and can carry. I recommend wearing a running vest, this way you can carry food and water for the duration.

Who is it for?

Anyone and everyone! Running at a social pace we will be discovering the land and chatting away, so if you are looking to incorporate a long run with varied terrain, or you just want to hang with some friends this is for you. 

Pace:

We are running at a social pace, but as long as you are comfy running 10km in about an hour then you're fine. There will be frequent water breaks and food stops too. 

This trail is free to members, and £5 for non-members. Everyone is welcome :-)
