LEVEL 1: 18 Week Marathon Training Plan
WOWEEE! So you are taking the big leap in to marathon territory, good on you. Now, let's get you through the training. This plan is designed for first time marathoner's or people that are getting back into marathon running. If you are aiming for around 04:30:00 - 06:00:00 hour time this is for you.
This is in a PDF format as before and contains:
- Designed for first timers, or anyone looking to return to running
- 3/4x Runs per week
- 1x Strength and Conditioning per week
