Club Weekly Sessions

If you fancy hitting the trails with the breakfast club, practising hill repeats, getting fit with strength and conditioning, or running in a social group then scroll down and find the sessions that you can join. These are perfect for your training towards a racing goal, socialising with friends, general fitness and getting out of the house/office. 

For the best day out with your trail buddies, check out our home page for our monthly guided trail runs which are open to everyone and, if you are a member they are free! 

 

These sessions are for club and coached members only, and free of charge. However, if you are not a member but want to come along to one of the sessions for a trial, sign up below and see how you find it. We are a supportive friendly community that just love running and trails!

Bag Drop?

We recommend you bring only what you need for the run sessions and fitness trails as there are no bag drops currently available. In time this may change.

What do I need?

You will need your trainers to run in, preferably your trail shoes. If you want to carry water, a pack might be good. In the winter we recommend a head lamp as it can be dark.

Pace?

Our Saturday and Wednesday sessions are at a social pace, so expect around a 10 minute mile, or a 60 minute 10km. Basically a pace you can run and talk at the same time.
